Today’s motivation:

Started practicing my next 30 Day Challenge. It’s sort of like a warm up jog to the start line. I started running 5km most days of the week before I started the 30 Days of Running. Now I’m practicing my next 30 day challenge in preparation.

I fell in love with running after I committed to running a 5k everyday during the month of September. Now I'm training for my first Marathon on October 1st, 2017.
